Cannot access Plus features

 I PAID $39 FOR REALPLAYER SOME YEARS AGO, WHY CAN'T I USE IT NOW FOR ADVANCED FEATURES? HOW DO I UPDATE TO MY NEW COMPUTER?

  On checking, I see that you have purchased RealPlayer Plus 16. As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products like RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16 and its prior versions.

   We are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16, or prior versions, so some features (such as Download This Video) may not work on these versions.

   

  Before installing the older version, make sure you uninstall the existing version of RealPlayer. Once uninstalled, you can download the previous version of RealTimes by following the article:

  Now you need to sign in to access the Plus features. To do so, follow the article:
