DO  I HAVE TO UPGRADE TO REALTIME TO BE ABLE TO USE THE "DOWNLOAD THIS VIDEO" OPTION? I HAVE REALPLAYER PLUS. BROWSER IS INTERNET EXPLORER 10.  VIDEO DOWNLOADER DOES NOT APPEAR.
