ADOBE FLASH PLAYER
When I try to play a video on real player, a message appears that need adobe flash player to play that video. But I already have flash player with internet explorer 10. on the youtube page the video plays ok, but not on real player.

To resolve this issue, please make sure you've the latest Adobe Flash Player on your computer. In case you need to install it, please use this link: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Note: Reboot your PC after the installation and retry.
If the issue persists, please reply providing the following additional information:- What Operating System is installed on your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?
- What version of RealTimes/RealPlayer is installed on your PC? (See: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
- Did you receive any error messages? What does it say?
- Are you trying to play from "Web Videos" section?
- Are you trying to access http://youtube.com/ via RealPlayer browser?

REALPLAYER VERSION 17 (REALPLAYER PLUS)
TRYING TO ACCESS YOUTUBE VIDEOS VIA REALPLAYER BROWSER. UNSUCCESFUL. ERROR MSG: YOU NEED ADOBE FLASH PLAYER TO PLAY THE VIDEO.. HOWEVER THE VIDEO PLAYS WELL ON YOUTUBE VIA OTHER BROWSERS. ADOBE FLASHPLAYER IS ENABLED.
THE PROBLEM PERSISTS ON THE REAL PLAYER BROWSER.
