Create Playlist

I am unable to use this properly now. I changed my PC, but some of my recordings of videos are still accessible, but I cannot find my playlists and I cannot make up new playlists. Help please.

  Since you have changed your PC, the old playlist cannot be accessed on your new PC. To create a playlist, follow the steps provided in the below article:
