MP4 shuts down when I fast forward

I updated today.  Now if I try to fast foward an MP4 Real player shuts down

  If the issue still persists, please provide the following information:

  • Did you receive any error messages?
  • Is this happening to all videos or just with a particular one?
  • What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?
  • Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?
