realplayer upgrade

when I download the upgrade and then select music my realplayer crashes then will not re-open. I have followed and tried all the suggestions under support but it still will not work. I have windows 7. I have deleted and re-downloaded several times with no luck. I have had to restore my computer a couple of times now to get the old version of realpayer back.

  • Did you receive any error message? What does it say?
  • Is this happening to all music or just with a particular one?

  • What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (Seehttps://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
  • Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?
