Real Player 16

Hi There

I would be grateful for some help.

I purchased Real Player 16 and it has been great for downloading and burning video/ music from you tube tot DVD etc. However today I seem to have a problem.

When I click on download this video on you tube it downloads to the Real player downloading file but DOES NOT go into my library in order for me to burn to to a dvd.  The same things applies to audio CD's also. They seem to download OK but then don't go anyway from there????

Would be grateful for any support
