RealPlayer uninstaller - All version

Hello,

We have about 400 windows 7 laptops with broken real player 16 that can not be either removed or upgraded. these machines are being detected as vulnerable endpoints by our security scanner. I was wondering if you can provide me with some sort of removal tool that can be used to force the uninstall on these endpoints.

  It is not possible to remove RealPlayer 16 from all the 400 computers at a time. It needs to be done individually on each computers. To do so, follow the below instructions: 

  1- Right click on RealPlayer
  2- Select Properties
  3- Click on Open File Location
  4- Open Setup Folder
  5- Double click on .r1pclean.exe

  Now the RealPlayer will be uninstalled completely.

  If you are still unable to remove RealPlayer, try installing RealPlayer 16 from the below link:

  http://cache-download.real.com/free/support/win/RealPlayer16.exe

  Once installed, follow the above instructions to remove RealPlayer.

  RealTimes is available as a desktop app for Macintosh computers running OSX 10.9 or later; you can download it for free from www.real.com.

  Download This Video is not currently available in the desktop app but will be added in a future release. In the meantime, if you have RealPlayer SP for Mac, you can have both apps on your computer and use RealPlayer SP to download videos.

  If you want to download RealPlayer SP from Mac, click here.

  Note: As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it is not possible to continue supporting legacy and historic products, including like RealPlayer SP.
