Why do I keep losing the ability to do anything with RealPlayer, even sign-in. I have the plus version (17.0.15.10).
"Currently not connected to RealPlayer Cloud"
I do not want to upgrade again - RealPlayer does not warn customers of a membership deadline.

If this does not resolve your issue, please perform a clean uninstall the RealPlayer by following the below link:

Use this link to install the RealPlayer Cloud http://cache-download.real.com/free/support/win/17/RealPlayerCloud.exe
Then sign in using your email and password.
