Downloed latest version of Real Player now no desktop icon. It was perfect before you sueested the new version. I use RP every day to d.load videos.How can I instal the old version?

  First, go to http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall and run the Fixit program and remove all Real and Realdownloader components from the list.
  
  Then, reboot the computer and install RealPlayer from the below link:
  
  http://cache-download.real.com/free/windows/installer/player/rt1/T10ENFIB/RealTimes-RealPlayer.exe

  If that doesn't help, please provide the following information:
  
  • Did you receive any error message during installation? What does it say?
  • Does RealPlayer disappear after installation is completed?
  • What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?
  • Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?
