Why am I unable to download "Adult" videos?  I can download ordinary videos with no problem by clicking on the blue tab at the top of the page.  However, when an adult video is playing, the download tab will NOT work.  It says, "No videos can be found ..."

I am willing to upgrade, but ONLY if I can be certain of downloading adult videos with no problem.  It worked for years when I used Windows 7.  But now with Windows 10, it will not download adult videos.   I have tried 3 different browsers; none will work.

  We are aware of this issue and our Technical Department is investigating. Once we have an update on the status of this issue, we will send you an email to let you know. Meanwhile, you can try downloading videos using Internet Explorer.
