I'm having the exact same problem, which started with the new version a couple of days ago. After some troubleshooting, I found that it works again if I turn off my VPN. I'm currently using Norton Secure VPN, and have been for months -- is it possible to get an update to work with the VPN being on again while I'm trying to save videos?

Hey! I had this problem, and I did Hea O suggested. I turned off the VPN I was using. Norton Secure VPN.
