I paid $39.95 this morning. It works on one laptop but not on the second one.

  Can you explain what doesn't work on your second computer?

  The update that I paid $39.95 for does not upload to this computer I am on now. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the newer version is not on it. I still have the old version.

  Are you downloading and installing RealPlayer from www.real.com?

  If yes, please check the version.

  Your version number should be Version 24.0.x.x

  If you signed into RealPlayer, you should see a star (*) before your name indicating that Plus is already activated.
