Failed downloads from Youtube

Why dont you add a "retry" button for "Download Failed" for download issues with subscribed  YouTube videos ???  Seems like I've been waiting for years.

FYI I just upgraded again and that is still not an option. 

Sorry i can't add a screen grab. you dont support that either but I am sure that I'm not the only one complaining about this issue or the later issue.

  I am, again having issues downloading from youtube.  is the downloading issue connected to the username for realplayer not matching the youtube username.

  Yesterday night the Real Player downloaded is working well but after is not working keep coming up unable to download even I installed and reinstalled the software ? When the Real Player engineering team fixed the issues ?
