I've had a subscription to RealPlayer for over 10 years.  Since latest version, when I open the player I see ads, Says to Upgrade to Premium. I click on that but it shows my current plan is Premium. I need ads to stop and for player to recognize I'm a paid subscriber. 

I've logged out and then back in twice with no change. Also uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still shows me not having a subscription until I click on my account and then it shows I have a subscription but ads do not stop and app still says I need to upgrade to premium.
