Same problem as others. Can't download YouTube Videos with Realplayer

Tried what Real Player support suggests. 1. All options on the taskbar tray  (Restart Downloader, Restart Desktop service, Register this device again). 2.  deleted my Realplayer installation, and re-installed the $39.99 paid version RealPlayer24Plus. (not charged yet,so not made active yet) 3. Deleted files per suggestion in C:\ProgramData\Real\RealUpgrade: RealPlayerUpdateServiceRealUpgrade_22_0,Realpgrade_24_0. I've check that the VIDEODL file has updated. Still nothing. Had free version,lots of downloads completed until Thursday Jan 15,2024. Please advise.

  You cant download you tube videos uless you sign up for the premium version they give you a month to try it out

  can not  download youtube music i have unlimited account if this no longer available i want refund of £ 27-99

  I see no reason to keep Real Player if this issue is going to keep happening.
