  Same with me. I tried other websites but no luck. I never had issues before on the free version until I become a premium subscriber. Real Player tech team please help. Thanks!

  Support told me to call your ISP and tell them to give you a new IP address.  Not sure if that works or not.

  Thanks, I have Firefoxbrowser and it works! I think its a Google or Microsoft blok?
