    Amazing someone from RealPlayer replied back to you. I have the same problem. Bought the Plus version and the DVD burner will not work. I did sign in and when I go to the DVD burner to burn a video, it takes me to buy the Plus version which I already did. I have had my message for help to fix the problem over two months with no response from RealPlayer. Their support is the worst. The money is lost since no one will ever reply back to me from RealPlayer. How do you gat a refund?
