Hello, 

I am unable to sign in to Realplayer as when I am on the Sign In page, I click where it says 'Enetr user name' but it then will not allow me to enter anything.  The line for Passowrd works as it should.

I have downloaded RealPlayer again and am left with the same problem.

Can you help me please?
