After updating RealPlayer, when I click on the Realplayer icon I now get, "Would you like to make changes" instead of the program opening up. The only way to open the program is to say yes, and the program opens but is frozen. If I click No the program won't open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program & library multiple times to no avail. I also uninstalled the program and rebooted my computer then signed up for the premium package hoping I would get an updated version that would work but it still gives me the "would you like to make changes" message. Please Help.
