burning dvd error

The downloaded videos in my Realplayer Library are MP4 format. When I attempt to burn them to DVD I get the following message:' end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream'. I have downloaded the latest version of my premium RealPlayer and updates and it has made no difference.

   I have also had this problem for the last 3 months. Real Player said back then that they were trying to fix the problem, but obviously have not with the latest update.

  The issue only affects MP4 files, so if you use the converter to convert them into Real Media HD and then burn them to DVD, they will burn fine. This takes time, and I have found that the picture does pixel in low light or fast moving action scenes, but at least you can still burn DVDs until they fix the problem.
