I CANT BURN DVD's
I sent a message more than a month ago, regarding this issue.
in the last month I tried more than 10 times already and nothing is changing....
I hope a bit frustrated in time to time something got broken on Real P.
Help please or should I cancel everything...

after a malware update i cannot burn dvds when i try to burn will work for a minitute the the real player will shut down ive reinstalled the real but it still does the same thing need help to fix this problem

I try to burn a cd or dvd and it keep saying no cd device found

Insert a disc, go to My PC and double click your DVD icon. If Windows doesn't detect the disk in and says "Insert disk", it means that the problem is with your drive. It is a hardware issue.
