Real Player 24 PLUS NOT Working

You have a banner that says real Player issue has been fixed. IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED

Real Player Plus 24 is NOT working. After the September 23rd update. YouTube videos cannot be downloaded! There is NO LINK to re-download my paid feature, just the free version. Where to find a link to redownload my feature? Or kindly FIX the problem.

  I have the same issue. I just upgrade to Real Player Plus 24. When try to download a video, I receive the same error message. Please help. Thanks in advance.

  Seems like Real Player is ignoring this issue.

  also there is a virus that gets downloaded with it.  as such i have to remove real player

  I'm now encountering the same errors on both my laptop and PC, so it's not a Windows 11 issue. I suspect the downloads are failing because they haven’t been tested by RealNetworks. My system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, which might be contributing to the issue. I've attached my screenshots for reference.   My upgrade is downloading but only at 440 kpbs, not the 8K resolution promised. I had 8K before I upgraded - this so-called improvement is just a con trick.
