downloader,starts and unable to download

starts down load,downloader shows solid line 1/8 inch and then stops,unable to down load.Also when you update it still shows older ver 2024.0.3.312.instead of newer ver 2025.9.23.0..This is on You Tube.

Will work sometime with CNN.

Works with Model Railroad Hobbyist some time,never a problem in the past.

  I have the same problem.  I performed an uninstall. reboot, reinstall, reboot and the software update showed as 2025.9.23.0.  The installation progress bar indicated the install completed but after rebooting, the previous version, 24.0.3.312 was still there.

  I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem.
