Just got my new windows 11 desktop and now when trying to play my old .flv file  music videos the sound track plays but not the video. It asks if I want to check for an update and I answer yes. Next pop up says it needs to download new software, I click Ok. then Ok for to make changes, then it says there is no software. And finally I click Details and only "sprk." is in the box.
