Paid for Real-Downloader 1080p last year, now after following the update prompt I can only download in 720p - Real wants me to pay AGAIN??

If that's the case the "One time fee" was a lie and Real needs to be sued. The ONLY thing I use is the Real Downloader. 

I hope to get a satisfactory solution to this issue.

  Habe plötzlich auch nur noch 720p und die begrenzte 10 Mbits statt die unbegrenzte Downlodgeschwindigkeit.

  I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem.
