Lifetime subscription, purchased in October, 2024 not working after upgrade to version 25.0

I upgraded to Real Player Premium in october 2024, purchased it with by master card, proof of it is in the billing section of my account with Real.com

However, after upgrading to version 25.0 on 19 november, 2025 I find I am restricted to the free version of Real Player, and am being prompted to uprade to premium for $24.99 (which I already purchased in oct. 2024).

Please correct this error, and adjust my account to the premium version
