Problème abonnement Realplayer 2024

Je viens de changer de PC j'ai réinstaller RealPlayer 24.

Mon abonnement RealPlayer Downloader Express 24 acheter à 22€50 en février 2025 n'est pas pris en compte. J'ai la facture  envoyé par mail de : RealPlayer <realplayer@realplayer.com>

La section abonnement de mon compte me dit :

"Vous n'avez aucun abonnement pour l’instant"

  I am assuming you are trying to use Real Player 25, and that you assume that you can still use the paid features for that because the plans page said you were buying "Real Player", not just "Real Player 24".
  
  Here is the problem, according to Real Player you only paid for "Real Player 24" and have to pay again for "Real Player 25".
  
  No it did not say that on the sales page, no it did not say that on the Billing page or your Email receipt... but that is the way it apparently works.
  
  The plans page STILL says to are buying "Real Player" and not just "Real Player version XX"  
  
  
  Hope this helps, you at least understand what the problem is, not that it helps solve the issue.

  J'ai justemement desinstaller Real Player 25 pour installer Real Player 2024 et cela ne change rien.

  Je n'ai pas accès à mon abonnement payé. : abonnemement payé sur la version 2024 avec une installation de Real Player 2024, cela ne fonctionne pas !!!

  Je ne comprend pas...
