Putting folders in alphabetical order

For years now, all my folders within Real Player have automatically been accessible in alphabetical order. Hower, this past week, the order has suddenly and without notice, become thoroughly scrambled. How can I get the alphabetical system back.  With some 70 folders with individual names, this scrmbled version is a royal pain in the but.

  I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem.
