Unable to download video on YouTube

For some unknown reason my Real player has stopped allowing me from Downloading from YouTube. VIDEO NOT AVAILABLE is the message I get on all videos, even on videos I've previously downloaded. I recently paid to upgrade, even though my previous version worked fine. I thought give it a go, but this is the second time I've asked for help with this version.

same issue, I think, keeps asking for me to sign in to Premium and I am already signed in

same here,it was working fine then suddenly stopped..and I am a premium member...is this a software bug?

the latest update to Real player has stopped downloading video from YouTube.
says video unavailable

I've had the same problem, it keeps saying "video not available" when I use YouTube. But it doesn't happen when I do it on others like Dailymotion and Vimeo.

I've emailed real player about this, someone named Sharma keeps copying and pasting responses, and refuses to listen.Sharma keeps saying your real players too old, shut your VPN off, change ip addresses etc etc and nauseum. I have explained over and over that none of those things are the cause, and just get more canned responses from Sharma every time.Seems like they are not looking at this page and seeing all the posts about this issue.
