I beleive that its the update to Version 25 that has the issue when downloading any video.

I tried it on another device and i get the same error message ' unable to download".. can you provie a solution, other than uninstall and reinstall? I'll try a lower version to see if the upgrade was truly the reason why it's has stopped working.
