I’ve been using RealPlayer for a while and recently noticed something strange. Whenever I click certain external help or reference links from within my browser after using RealPlayer, they sometimes open in a blank page or don't load properly until I refresh.

Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve already tried clearing the browser cache, disabling extensions, and testing with another browser, but the behaviour is still inconsistent.

While troubleshooting, I came across a very detailed guide about NBI Clearance Renewal. That page loaded perfectly and helped me confirm the issue wasn't related to my internet connection, so I used it as a comparison during testing.

I'd appreciate any suggestions on whether this could be a RealPlayer setting, browser compatibility issue, or something else.
