Having followed the latest auto-upgrade process the initial update installs but when I attempt to activate the installation a message comes up: "RealPlayer must install additional components to complete activation".

After clicking "install" I get messages telling me "unable to create directory for software decompression" and "RealPlayer failed to install additional components to enable your Plus features. Please try again."

I am a Domain Admin and therefore have full permissions over the directory structure so do not believe this is a Windows issue.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
