I paid the $19.95 to be able to burn dvd's again. I have to renew this free service every year. It worked perfectly all day yesterday. Today, the burn option is gone again. Can't figure out where it went or how to get it back again. I signed out and then signed in agai. Still no burn option. Please help me. Many thanks!
