Real ダウンローダー
ダウンローダーエクスプレスを購入（12月）していますが、5/31にRealplayerのバージョンアップを行ったらダウンロード速度が低下してしまいました。
以前使用バージョン 20.03.310 新バージョン 20.10.310
以前はダウンロード速度が10mbps前後で出来ましたが、アップ後は3mbps前後でかなり遅くなりました。
何か処置方法はありますか？ 無ければ、旧バージョンをダウンロードできるようにして頂けますか？

ver20.1.0.322をアップしたらダウンロードの無制限が解除されて10Mbpsになりました。
以前、プレミアム契約（一度だけ支払い）しましたが、再度支払いを求められる
