Need email address changed

I need to have my realplayer email address changed from rick2517@roadrunner.com to my new email address of rick2517@yahoo.com.  I no longer have access to the roadrunner email.

I upgraded to the deluxe edition of Realplayer.  Now when I download an HD video, it doesn't download in high definition. What is the problem?
