I would really like to use my cloud. Its been over a year and I cannot up/down load on mobile or pc. if i sign in nothing is there. but if Photo/Video is clicked it indicates there are 44 videos ...

Storage problems
I cannot upload, delete videos that are in the cloud. It will not show videos. When the word video is searched some show up but cannot do anything to them. I have all kinds of screen shots for you.
