That's the answer that they give to everybody. If you don't mind me asking, what other program do you use? I also use something else, but it does have issues at times.

There is nothing wrong with the program. Due to the increased volume of people accessing YouTube, the bandwith is being throttled by Youtube. Nothing you do will make it go faster.

Having the same issues. I did manage to get the Andre Bocelli Easter concert, but that's the last time I got one. I got that a couple days aftyer Easter btw My version is 2020.3.24

Used the Fix-it tool and that only did a little bit. I unhid all my files/folders & went through each folder that you listed & manually deleted everything..Re-installed the program & now it's worki...

I totally agree with Randy. I tried to update to the new version a week ago, and it totally screwed up. tried to uninstall it, but didn't work right, even after using Revo Uninstaller. Won't eve...

I totally forgot about going through each folder thoroughly & deleting all the files.It's all gone, so hopefully it will re-install correctly

I might take a couple days for the change to work. Happened to me, and I went through the process a couple times.

I've had that problem before. What I usually do is refresh the web page. Don't close anything out, just refresh it with the video you want to download still showing. Hope that works

Paid version of DVDFab. Had to buy the YouTube to MP3 module, but got a reduced rate because I had the LifeTime license on the other prgram
