Ok I downloaded Mirror 1? Was that correct? There are 6 mirrors? I don't know which to pick. Anyways the Mirror 1 fix didn't work. I still can't play/hear the videos.

I have a new Dell laptop with Windows 10. My previous laptop was Windows 7 and we copied everything over (including Real Player) to the new one, and now nothing will play. I did not have a probl...
