3. Program freezes, unresponsive, can not even close it, library unresponsive, latest WIN10, latest software on new HP. laptop

think its  windows 10 update ,, lots of probs  !! , you are not alone  !!  with this prob .  had blue screen  of death  on my hp … after latest   update .  best  hang  fire .. let realplayer/Micros...

3. Real Player Locks up when trying to play any video. Have relaoded program several times with no fix to problem. Help!

I think it has to do with recent windows 10 update  which has a lot of probs , seems a lot of us  have  the same prob  ..only recently .. think its up to  realplayer/ Microsoft  to sort out
