How odd.It works on my old laptop with no issues. It was working on my new computer but it stopped and no longer provides the download button on either chrome or IE.

1) There's no longer a download button on chrome or IE. So now what?2) I can't even download my own videos I made and posted to Facebook or any other site so far.
