WHEN I DOWNLOADED,IT GOES INTO THE MOVIIE FILE OF MY COMPUTER AND WHEN I TRYTO OUT IT IN MYREALPLAYER, REALPLAYER SAYS I NEED NEW SOFTWARE BUT WHEN I TRYTO INSTALL--IT SAY I HAVE THE LATEST SOFTWARE

Everytime i go to download the download box at the screen say that it will download but what it download is the trailer of the movie and not the movie

I was having problem with real player 20/20 so i uninstall it and when to re-install it and now i told that i have to pay 39.99 for premimun services that have already had and have paid already----...

 I do not know what to do about this and i hope you can tell me what is neccsary. Have when through the process to burn dvd and just as it is finishing up it stops and tell me"unknown error 2131042...
