Same here i cannot burn any cd,s but still paying for it.    best everyone cancel their account and find someone else as this company has likely gone broke or has been hacked. No on exists at real ...

Also if I want to burn a cd - I hot burn in the left column but nothing happens

My youtube will not download when I click download - nothing happens I get a realplayer screen with no download action happening. whats going on?
