    When I click on WEB VIDEO and in "search for window box" I typed name od the song or artist the pop up is LOADING but nothing happens. I have uninstalled Real One, made sure there all related files...

    When I click on WEB VIDEO and un box type name od the song or artist the pop up is LOADING but nothing happens. Prior to yesterday it worked perfect. What I need to do to get it back?
