When Burning I get a error message about Error parsing ac3 audio stream . There is no human to assist , so maybe it is time to say goodby to real player

I was able to Download You Tube for a couple of Days last Week . THEN IT STOPPED . Your Fix does not work .Your Engineers must not have a Clue .This is your problem to fix !!!!!!
