On April 3 I upgraded my Realplayer to version 18.1.11.204. Previously downloaded .flv clips will not play. If a solution is not forthcoming, can I "roll back" this upgrade, and if so, how?

Realplayer will not sign in
The Realplayer interface shows "sign in" in the top right corner, which it has NEVER done before. But when I try, I get a message that reads: "Currently not connected to Realtimes. Please restart y...
