When I try to sign in a blank page pops up instead of a place to enter my email address and password. What can I do?
We've determined that this issue is caused by a special character that looks like "L" or "#" appearing as a zone name in your computer's registry. To fix the problem, you'll need to edit your registry to delete any zone other than one starting with 0 through 5.
1. Close RealPlayer.

We have found that the second solution helps more customers, but you may want to try both.
3. Restart RealPlayer and sign in.
