What is the refund policy for RealPlayer purchases and RealTimes subscriptions?

RealPlayer Plus: You may contact Customer Support to request a refund within 30 days if you are not satisfied with your RealPlayer Plus purchase.

RealTimes: We do not offer refunds for subscriptions, but you may cancel at any time and no further charges will be made to your account.
