How do I stop receiving marketing email from RealNetworks?
RealNetworks periodically sends email to people who use our products or services. These emails are meant as a service for those who indicated a preference to receive information about our products and services or special offers about third-party products or services. RealNetworks does not sell, rent, or share your personal information to a third party unless you consent to provide such information to a third-party partner or content service.
If you prefer not to receive these emails, click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. (Please also take a look at the reply address of the email--it may not be from RealNetworks but from one of our partner companies. If that is the case, then be aware that you are unsubscribing from the partner's email list and not from Realnetworks emails.)
Please allow up to five business days for the removal request to be processed. Note: If you are entitled to an upgrade, we will contact you by email solely to notify you of the available upgrade.
If you have RealTimes/RealPlayer Cloud, you may also unsubscribe from specific types of emails by accessing your Account settings (https://cloud.real.com/myaccount), selecting Account, and moving the slider next to the type of email you no longer wish to receive (Product Updates, Special Offers, and RealTimes Newsletters).
Community: Everyone who posts in a community thread is automatically subscribed to receive any subsequent comments via email. If you want to stop receiving notifications on a thread in the Community (once your issue is resolved), simply open the thread and click the Unfollow button at the top right of the first post in the thread.
