If you purchased a paid membership through iTunes: You will need to contact Apple support to cancel your subscription and stop further charges.

If you signed up for a paid RealTimes or RealPlayer Cloud plan on your PC: Access your account at https://realtimes.real.com/myaccount, click Plans, and then click the grey Cancel Service button beneath your plan information.
